From the Engineering Team
This edition's focus has been on reducing friction in the merchant setup experience, improving bulk operation reliability, and clearing low-hanging fruit and confusion points in the merchant purchase process. The features below represent work from teams across Platform and Experience Engineering.
Looking ahead, the next edition will continue addressing purchase flow friction — with several larger changesets already underway — while also condensing the activation flow into fewer steps and modernizing the device interaction model to reflect expectations around seamless pairing, automatic configuration, and zero-friction hardware experiences.
